HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL?I prefer to sell my creations as limited edition prints. I create as many paintings as possible and release them in collections on my website as they are completed. This will be well advertised beforehand via social media and my mailing list. I very rarely choose to sell my originals.

PRINT QUALITY & DETAILSAll Giclee Reproductions are printed to order by a local printing house and take 7-10 days to arrive with me. I then package, and ship them to you asap. Inks: All reproductions in my shop are Giclee Prints produced from advanced large-format printers using a 12-colour pigment ink system for smooth graduations, deep blacks, and an impressive colour range - with up to with 99% Pantone coverage. Using state-of-the-art print software, prints are sharp, detailed, and vibrant. The colour gamut is maximized for the paper used. Papers: Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305gsm. A white, versatile paper that suits contemporary illustration and photography. 100% cotton and finely textured to give a silky feel. Images are sharp, crisp and vibrant, with high density and vivid colours. Hahnemuhle German Etching 310gsm. A heavy-duty paper with a more textured finish than Photorag, a velvety matt surface, and a warm white hue with traits of a traditional artist board — reproduces painterly images, lithographs and pastels superbly. Sizing: While the online shop limits size selection to a few options, I'm able to offer bespoke sizes to the mm if requested. Pricing will be quoted for each bespoke size upon request. Prints are carefully packaged in our bespoke print pack or in tubes and I can send single prints or large batches of giclee prints to destinations worldwide. Just a note about displaying your prints: Please aim to have them framed or mounted by a framer if possible, particularly the larger prints.

RETURNSPlease open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. We accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. If you do not reach out within 7 days, we will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt! If you wish to return a reproduction print, an inventory fee of 20% of the print cost will be applied. I'm more than happy to exchange a print for you, though the restocking fee for the original print will still be applied, as we print to order. If exchanging a print for a larger size, the extra cost for the larger print size will naturally be charged. We ask that you return your print in the original packaging. If your print came in a tube, it must be returned with both end caps. We are only able to provide you a functioning shipping label if the weight and dimensions are accurate and the same as when we initially shipped the package. If you do not have the original packaging, please go to to the post office and purchase a sturdy tube, as well as postage. We will not provide you a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging, so please make sure you package your print with care!

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERYWe are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping/postal service. Damaged Print: If your print is damaged in transit we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Creasing and bends can be flattened. Collectors may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and we offer a reprint, we ask that you return the print to our studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints. We are unable to replace any prints damaged after delivery, so please place your print in a place away from possible water or heat damage, and handle the artwork with care when framing and stretching. Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. This does happen occasionally, and it is not uncommon to have the package returned to us. If that is the case, we are more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though we ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. We are unable to reprint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.

I ORDERED A PRINT, BUT THE COLOURS DON'T WORK IN MY SPACEPlease read descriptions carefully and check the colours of your selected prints on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I do my best to represent the colours and tones in my work honestly and clearly. We are happy to exchange your print of the same size for another that will work better in your space, but be aware of the 20% fee described in the returns policy.
